Mini Motor Gearmotors series: Time-Tested Reliability, Modern Integration

The GEAR series features Mini Motor’s traditional-brand geared motors: three-phase or DC induction motors, paired with high-efficiency gearboxes in coaxial, right-angle, or worm gear configurations, to meet any requirement for torque, speed, and footprint.

Each gearmotor is designed with a specific goal in mind: uncompromising industrial reliability. Case-hardened and tempered gears mounted on roller bearings, long-lasting lubrication, high-temperature seals, and IP65/IP67 protection ensure continuous operation even in the most demanding environments.

What sets the GEAR line apart is its ability to integrate directly with DR and DR-BUS drives: a traditional gearmotor can thus be upgraded to a solution with an integrated digital inverter, featuring sensorless vector speed control and, in the DR-BUS variant, native fieldbus communication. The result is a “smart” gearmotor capable of communicating with the machine control system without the need for a separate remote drive—reducing wiring, space requirements in the electrical cabinet, and commissioning time.
