Mini Motor gearmotors range: time-honoured reliability, modern integration

The GEAR range comprises the traditional Mini Motor brand of gearmotors: three-phase or DC asynchronous motors, combined with high-efficiency gearboxes in coaxial, right-angle or worm gear versions, to meet any requirement for torque, speed and overall dimensions.

Every gearmotor is designed with a specific objective in mind: uncompromising industrial reliability. Case-hardened and tempered gears mounted on roller bearings, long-life lubrication, high-temperature seals and IP65/IP67 protection ensure continuous operation even in the most demanding environments.

What sets the GEAR range apart is its ability to integrate directly with DR and DR-BUS drives: a traditional gearmotor can thus be upgraded to a solution featuring an integrated digital inverter, with sensorless vector speed control and, in the DR-BUS variant, native fieldbus communication. The result is a ‘smart’ gearmotor, capable of communicating with the machine control system without the need for a separate remote drive — reducing cabling, space requirements in the control cabinet and commissioning times.
