Mini Motor brushless servomotor

Every Mini Motor servomotor with integrated drive is based on an optimised design: a 4-pole sinusoidal motor, a rotor with NdFeB magnets and low-backlash bearings, Class F windings, protection up to IP66, and feedback via a multi-turn absolute encoder for reliable position control even after the machine has been switched off.

Building on this foundation, the BS Series represents the brushless servomotor in its purest form, designed for centralised control architectures with remote drive control in the control cabinet.

Among our servomotors, the DBS Series represents the cutting edge in the world of automation and motion control: a brushless servomotor with integrated drive, native support for 6 different fieldbuses (Profinet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Powerlink, CANopen, Modbus RTU) and a multiturn absolute encoder. ‘All-in-one’ servo motors and servo-gear motors, featuring seamless integration of all components, an optimised design, excellent performance and advanced connectivity: the ideal products for true Industry 4.0 scenarios.

For applications where even fieldbus cabling poses a limitation, Mini Motor takes its servomotor beyond the cable with the WDBS wireless versions, based on the proprietary CoA (CAN over AIR) protocol.
