CSA certification
Mini Motor has recently reached a new goal: cCSAus certification, obtained thanks to its constant efforts in maintaining the quality parameters of its production system and in adapting company processes to comply with international standards.
The CSA mark (Canadian Standards Association) with indicators C and US means that the Mini Motor products are certified for both the Canadian and North American markets as they are deemed suitable for the standards of both countries. If a product has features that concern more than just one sector, the mark indicates conformity to all reference standards.
cCSAus certification includes all the Mini Motor geared motors and servomotors.
The Mini Motor BS and BSE series
The factors that have made the BS and BSE Mini Motor brushless motors so successful are the quality of the components used, their maximum flexibility of use, high performance, precision not to mention the excellent quality to price ratio.
The BSE and BS series have the same features: IP 65 protection level (CEI EN 60529), 4-pole sinusoidal motors, enclosed, rotor with permanent NeFeBr magnets, thermal cut-out switch, class F winding according to the VDE0530 standards, feedback with resolver with the possibility of mounting a 24 Vdc NC brake on request. Besides the BS and BSE series of brushless motors, Mini Motor also supplies the relative digital drives with a PWM system: Drivert 300 and Drivert 1000.
IP 65 on the Mini Motor gearmotors
Thanks to the high quality of the components used and some changes made to the products, Mini Motor has now been able to increase its Protection level from IP 55 to IP 65, in accordance with the CEI EN 6059 standards on all geared motors except for the self-braking type (marked with the letter K). The changes were made without any additional costs for the customer.
